Beef/ Mutton/ Chicken Curry
- 1 packet (200gm) AYAM KARI JAWA
- 1kg Chicken or meat
- 200gm Potato
- 400 ml water
- 300ml coconut milk
- sugar & salt
- 1 stalk of curry leaves
- Stir fry chicken or meat with 1 packet of Ayam Kari Jawa paste and curry leaves over low heat until aromatic.
- Pour in water. Bring to boil for around 10 minutes.
- Add in potatoes and coconut milk.Use low heat cook till chicken or meat is tender. Add in salt & sugar to taste (Another 10 minutes)
