BEEF/ MUTTON/ CHICKEN CURRY
Ingredients :
Cooking Instruction :
1) Stir fry chicken or meat with 1 packet of Ayam Kari Jawa paste and curry leaves over low heat until aromatic.
2) Pour in water. Bring to boil for around 10 minutes.
3) Add in potatoes and coconut milk. Use low heat cook till chicken or meat is tender. Add in salt & sugar to taste (Another 10 minutes)
