RENDANG BEEF/ MUTTON/ CHICKEN
Ingredients :
Cooking Instruction :
1) Stir fry chicken or meat with 1 packet of Rendang Padang paste over low heat until aromatic.
2) Add water to simmer until chicken is tender (Appx 20 minutes)
3) Add in coconut milk & coconut shreds (optional) until the gravy become thicker. (Another 10 minutes). Add in salt & sugar to taste
