SPICY AND SOUR PASTE


Ingredients :

  • 1 Packet (1kg) Spicy & Sour Paste
  • 1 Litre Water
  • 2kg Fish (or Any Seafood)
  • 500gm Vegetables (Lady's Finger & Tomato)
  • Salt & Sugar to Taste


Cooking Instruction :
1) Stir fry fish or seafood with 1 packet of Spicy & Sour Paste over low heat until aromatic.
2) Pour in water. Bring to boil for around 10 minutes.
3) Add in vegetables. Use low heat cook until seafood is cooked.
4) Add in salt & sugar to taste.
