SEAFOOD TOMYAM SOUP (SERVES 3 TO 5 PERSONS)


Ingredients :

  • 200gm Tomyam Paste
  • 1500ml water (For less spicy add 2000ml water)
  • 80ml Evaporated milk
  • Seafood (10 pieces shrimp, 10 pieces scallop, 5 pieces mussel ,100g calamari)
  • Vegetables (100g Shitake mushroom, 2 pieces tomato, 50g cilantro)


Cooking Instruction :
1) Boil the water and add in the Tomyam paste.
2) Add in the rest of condiments and until cooked, finally stir in the evaporated milk and serve hot.
